4. WAITING LIST PROCEDURES UPON VACANCY

A. When a Shaded Tie Down or Hangar becomes available, the next person on the waiting list will be contacted by the Authority. The Authority will make a good faith effort to reach the contact person shown on the waiting list application form using the contact information provided within. This effort will continue for 4 business days. If, as of the close of business on the 4th business day, all attempts to reach the contact person are unsuccessful, the next person on the applicable waiting list will be contacted and offered the vacancy. The initial contact person will then be notified of the next vacancy when it becomes available. Upon a second unsuccessful attempt to reach an individual in the required 4 business days, they will be removed from the list. The Authority will attempt to notify the contact person in writing of this action. If the person is still interested in remaining on the list he will be required to re-submit his application form. This waiting list application form will be treated as all others received that day.

B. Once the Authority advises the contact person of a vacancy, the registered aircraft owner shall have 5 business days to enter into a lease agreement with the Authority. Once an aircraft owner enters into a lease agreement with the Authority, his/her name will be removed from the list.

C. In the event that the registered aircraft owner declines to enter into a lease agreement with the Authority in relation to the specified available T-shade or Hangar, he/she will be provided one right of refusal, and the next contact person will be notified and offered the vacancy. Upon the event that the registered aircraft owner declines to enter into a lease agreement with the Authority in relation to the available Shaded Tie Down or Hangar a second time, he/she will be removed from the list.
