Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE)

It is the policy of the Yuma County Airport Authority that Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs) as defined in 49 CFR Part 26 shall have an equal opportunity to participate in the performance of contracts and subcontracts financed in whole or in part with Federal funds.

Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE)

The Yuma County Airport Authority has established an Airport Concessions Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) Program in accordance with 49 CFR Part 23. The Yuma International Airport anticipates receiving Federal financial assistance from the Department of Transportation (DOT) for projects during the period of Federal Fiscal Years 2020-2022 and, as a condition of receiving this assistance, must comply with 49 CFR Part 23.

The Airport has established an overall annual goal for non-car rental ACDBE participation of 0.01% of the total dollar amount of annual non-car rental concession revenues. The Airport has also established a car rental ACDBE goal of 3.96% of annual car rental concession revenues.
